RETURN POLICY

The Gifting Spot wants you to be completely satisfied when shopping with us! We pride ourselves on product quality and personalization accuracy. 

You can submit a return in five easy steps.

1. Sign In to Your Account.

2. Click on Orders on the left side of the screen.

3. Find the order that has the item you want to return and click "Return Items" from the right side of the screen.

4. Enter the quantity to return and select the Return Reason and Return Action from the drop-down menus.

5. Click Submit Return Request.

All return requests must be entered within 30 days of receipt of your order. Any returns requested outside of the 30 days will be denied. 

 

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for personalized items. We are not responsible for ordering errors (ie. wrong case type ordered, wrong initials given) so please order carefully and ask any questions you may have before ordering. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged product, you may return the product for a replacement or a refund within 30 days of the receipt of your order.

 

NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS

We will accept returns on non-personalized items within 30 days of receipt of your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee will apply and be deducted from the refund.
