PRODUCTION TIME
Each item has its own production timeframe before shipping. Please see individual items for these timeframes. These are estimates only and most orders will ship out before their posted timeframe. During busy seasons, these timeframes could be extended so please plan accordingly. Production time is the time it takes to complete your order, NOT shipping time.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order as long as we haven't started on it yet. Let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. If your order has entered into production we wouldn't be able to cancel it at that point.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped by USPS First Class (2 - 6 Business Days), Priority (1 - 4 Business Days), or Priority Express (1 - 2 Business Days). You may choose one of these options at check-out. We do offer Free Shipping on orders totaling $75 or more. We will ship your order to the address given to us on the order confirmation. Please be sure your shipping address is correct and complete when you place your order. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. We also cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries that can occur during the holidays, inclement weather, or any other circumstances that are out of our control.
ORDER TRACKING
When your order is complete, you will receive an email with tracking number. You may sign into your account and track your order. Please allow 24 hours for tracking numbers to begin updating.
