Shipping & Returns

Most orders are shipped by USPS First Class or Priority Mail, which has normally a 2 - 3 day delivery schedule. We may also use other carriers (UPS, FedEx) for larger packages. You will receive an email with tracking number when your order has shipped. We will ship to the address given to us on the order confirmation. Please be sure your address is correct and complete when you place your order.

We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Also, we cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries that can occur during the holidays, inclement weather, or any other circumstances that are out of our control. 

Since all of our items are personalized, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. If you have any questions, please ask them before ordering. We are not responsible for ordering errors (ie. wrong case type ordered, wrong initials given) so please order carefully. In the event that we have made an error, please contact us immediately and we will certainly send out a corrected item as soon as possible.
