Since all of our items are personalized, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. If you have any questions, please ask them before ordering. We are not responsible for ordering errors (ie. wrong case type ordered, wrong initials given) so please order carefully. Personalization will always be done in the exact way it is given to us on the order. In the event that we have made an error, we will certainly send out a corrected item as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel or change your order in any way, let us know as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled or altered once we have begun processing your order.
We ask for personalization to be given to us EXACTLY as you would like it to appear on your item. Monograms should be given to us according to the Personalization Style chosen. For a 3-Letter Monogram, the letters should be given in First, LAST, Middle initial order. For example, Susan Michelle Williams would be entered as SWM. For 3 Straight Initials, the letters should be given in First, Middle, Last initial order. For example, John David Smith would be entered as JDS. Be sure to give us initials in the order you would like them. We will NOT rearrange initials.
We offer a 30 day warranty for all of our products from the date the order ships. This warranty covers manufacturing defects. For the personalized OtterBox® cases, OtterBox® does not extend their warranty to phone cases that are personalized, but we do offer a 30-day limited warranty against breakage and your design. This does NOT include your phone or device. Treat your case with care!
Orders placed within the state of Mississippi will be charged 7% sales tax.
